MC1 | AI Win The Market • São Paulo, Brazil (Hybrid)

Arriving in Brazil marked the beginning of a new phase where my technical and support profile took a direct leap to a multinational scale. As part of the specialized support team for high-volume mobile and web consumer applications in Latin America, I collaborate daily in managing critical solutions for leading brands such as Heineken, Bydsa, and Grupo Herdez.

On a daily basis, I participate in incident diagnosis and resolution (L1/L2), log analysis, and SQL database queries to ensure operational system continuity. Furthermore, I work closely with the Projects, Development, and Engineering teams: I participate in testing new functionalities prior to deployment, assist with development tasks, conduct weekly tracking of requests via Jira Service Desk, and apply support best practices for continuous service improvement.

This experience in São Paulo allows me to consolidate my technical skills in a dynamic and multicultural environment, strengthening fluid and professional communication in Portuguese.

  • Management & Monitoring: L1/L2 support, incident troubleshooting, log analysis, and weekly request tracking with clients.
  • Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Joint work with Projects, Development, and Engineering teams; participation in new feature testing and development support.

Operational Leadership & Tech Career Transition

2023 – 2025

Monky Bar Restaurant & ConquerBlocks • Bouchemaine, France

Living in France represented one of the greatest personal and professional challenges of my life: leaving my country, adapting to a completely different culture, and mastering the French language in a real-world setting.

I started as a kitchen assistant and, after six months, was promoted to Sub-Chef, coordinating operations for a high-volume restaurant (up to 200 covers on weekends). There, I led teams, managed suppliers, controlled inventory costs, and refined my ability to make decisions under pressure while handling logistic coordination.

Alongside this demanding pace, I decided to propel my career transition into the IT world by completing the Full Stack Web Development Master's at ConquerBlocks. During this intensive training, I built real projects (including a B2B Marketplace and a management SaaS with real-time synchronization), acquiring the web technology stack that underlies my current technical profile.

📌 Key Role Highlights & Tools:

  • Operational Management & Leadership: Promotion to Sub-Chef, team coordination, supplier negotiation, and cost control in high-volume gastronomy.
  • Full Stack Training: Development of practical projects integrating React, Next.js, Node.js, Python, and relational databases (PostgreSQL/SQL).
  • Cultural Immersion: Mastery of the French language and high adaptability to international environments.
